I can honestly say that although sometimes I get lonely and wish I had a partner in crime, I’ve come to terms that I’m fine being single. I’ve been single more than I’ve been not. I love my independence.

Having a sad Christmas here. Came to visit friends and their moms, and one Mon went into the hospital yesterday and isn’t going to make it. :(

I work in healthcare. :) I actually don’t find Perth too terribly expensive. Everything in Canada is kind of overinflated, too, and it is about on par with larger centres in Canada as far as housing costs go. Less than Vancouver, though, thank bob.

I’d be in Perth if I can do it (It’s honestly my most favourite place on Earth) but I love, love LOVE Cairns.

I have a friend who slaps me when I say I feel guilty, and she’s awesome for that.

I have to take airsickness tablets, so they knock me out. Invest in a decent, memory foam travel pillow. I also use ear plugs and an eye mask.

I’m excited for Christmas next week! It’s a friendsmas and we may end up having a Jewish Christmas Dinner because their turkey dinner is on Boxing Day (And I have to work Boxing Day).

It’s frickin’ cold.
