I currently use GV to block numbers, but before I had a contact saved as "Do Not Answer", and added all the numbers that I wanted blocked to that contact, and was able to set that contact to go straight to voicemail. @lbberkeley: Not sure about pandora, but I use last.fm, and on my incredible I can skip songs from the lockscreen. Might be worth checking out.
