i just switched from my iPhone to the Incredible, and was looking for a good note taking app. On my iPhone, built in notes worked great for me, since I had to sync so often anyway. But living in a cloud with android, I hardly sync (with a cord, anyhow) at all, evernote has been perfect.

@Unionhawk: The recent hive fives may have been pretty obvious winners, but for the, say, 7% who voted for 3banana and didn't realize other (perhaps better) options are available, this may be a very useful hive five.
