Anthony Rapp has a great on-screen charisma, which really makes me enjoy his scenes. I’m excited.

Voq believes in “Remain Klingon” above all else. He wanted to conquer the galaxy under the banner of Kahless. I don’t think he’s interested in suing for peace.
I’m wondering the same thing myself.
Well, he didn’t actually murder anyone. The timeline was reset. You can’t charge someone for murders they didn’t commit.
He did kill Klingons, though.
Gotcha, I see what you mean. I was confused by your reference to Voyager, since we were talking about the MU and Voyager never did a mirror universe episode.
Tyler’s personality might be real, but it’s not really Ash Tyler. He’s Voq. It might be tempting to try to “bring Tyler back,” but there isn’t anyone there to bring back. Not really.
The thing is, that *isn’t* Tyler. He’s a Klingon. He’s the enemy.
Voyager?
I might be the only person who doesn’t have streaming/buffering issues with CBS All Access. Everyone else seems to have them. I feel bad.
I hold no love for CBS All Access, but I’ve never had any problems with the streaming that I hear everyone else has. It always plays smoothly for me.
Hopefully they’ll do a little bit more than soil samples. Haha.
Designated Survivor is on Hulu. It stars Keifer Sutherland.
That’s as good a theory as any.
It was renewed for a second season several months ago.
As for the numbers, I have no idea what they are, but I understand it has a strong audience overseas.
Honestly, that might have been what Discovery did, and they just messed with the editing due to the big reveal of Georgiou as the Empress.
Yeah, I’m just going to pretend that was judicious editing and assume Discovery actually picked up what’s-his-face later. It might not quite fit, but it will make me happier. Lol
The Terrans probably did kill the tardigrade.
I agree that I miss the slower pace of other Star Trek series, although this faster pace actually reminds me a bit of TOS.
I certainly prefer my Trek a little more thoughtful than Discovery, but I don’t mind this as a change of pace. If this is all the show is ever going…
Yeah, the timing of that didn’t really make any sense. I don’t understand why Discovery couldn’t have returned later and retrieved the data from Voq’s frozen body. That’s what Kirk would have done.
Kal Penn stars in Designated Survivor!
As soon as they landed in the MU, I suspected that Georgiou would end up being the Empress.
All in all, an enjoyable episode, although I was hoping to see T’Kuvma again. The fast pace is always refreshing for this show.
They really gave me a scare with Stamets, because I don’t want him to die. I’m intrigued by what…
