Yeah totally, the movies definitely hold a special place in my heart and I realize it was never going to be possible to adapt it to the vision I have in my head. But some of the changes felt so unnecessary and cheap.

Any time I think about the casting problems I hated I always return to the thought that the movies should have been animated.

I'd love Care of Magical Creatures, want to be good at Transfiguration but suck, and be an idiot savant at Potions (because irl I got straight As in chemistry in high school and college, even though I didn't actually care all that much for it). Outside of classes, I'd probably be a prefect... but like a COOL prefect…

I would SO rather see a Fables movie than more Batman crap. And I love me some Batman. But an honest to god Fables adaptation (none of that Once Upon A Time or Grimm nonsense) would be awesome.

My mom is super Jewish (goes to synagogue frequently enough to have pals there, lights the candles every Friday, keeps kosher, etc.) but she LOVES Christmas and this whole festive time of year.
