thats true. Also I do mix and master and record and watch movies and play PS3 games in this room without any issues because i know my room acoustics. other people would probably not like it and say the exact same thing. and agree with that statement, its all about knowing your space.

That is true, i am probably going to do it later on for sure. You cant really see on these pictures but on the Right side the whole wall has acoustic treatment and the ceiling goes up with the roof.
