@Alex_Mexico: I think he was referring to Nintendo. Releasing 21 zelda games, 14 mario games, 9 metroid games, 20 Donkey Kong games, 10 mario parties and 8 mario kart games. They seriously need some new IP. They've basically been exploiting 5 properties their entire existence.

@clever epithet: I think perhaps you played on easy. On hardened my team mates did nothing. They never shot a single bad guy. There were actually a couple missions I had to lower the difficulty because my teammates not helping made it darn near impossible for me.

@Willard Fillmore: That's what I thought was being referenced. I just didn't double check the hash tag.

@compro01: Yes it is. They still have to prove that you are damaging their right to make money. You don't have to necessarily be making money, just hurting their ability to do so.

I can understand the Cuban news media not actually playing the game but this is a video game website and it appears no one here played the game either. (SPOILER) That's not Castro. He actually captures you shortly after that. So no we don't virtually kill Castro in this game, we attempt to vitrually kill Castro.

@jadefirefly: Sorry, I should have added a /sarcasm end tag.

@TadGhostal: If you hire a worker to take pictures for you then those pictures belong to you. If you hire a photographer to document an event then they own the rights to the pictures. Makes perfect sense.

@joeny1980: Distributing it wouldn't necessarily be as long as it was clear that you are not making any money from said distribution and the distribution is not hurting the original copyright holders ability to make money off their copyrighted thing.

@Skid-Vicious: Nope, well I mean he was being a bit of a perv but nothing illegal.

@CougarAries: I hope that's sarcasm I see oozing between the lines.

@DMF: but can the peruvian doing it carry 100 pounds of gear on their back, fight a battle at the end of the run and still have enough energy to run back?

@diasdiem: Exactly what I thought. So you are going to give a company that has repeatedly violated users privacy and give them even more sensitive and private information? That's just dumb.

@Hunter.Wolf: But we don't see the rest of that game. You only get one axe per life and whose to say he doesn't start every life by throwing his Axe like that and here's the lucky one. Luck kills can be cool but skill ones are even better.

@x1Ler: You obviously didn't play MW2 cuz this shit was rampant. It's miles better in Treyarchs version.

I had one kinda like that but much closer. Threw it, bounced of the ground 3 inches from his foot hit the angled board behind him and bounced back to kill him in the ankle.

@markedward: Exactly, it's a thinking word for me as well.

So really it's more of a "Put together in six days" since all the modular parts actually took months to make as did the foundation.

when I stopped playing yesterday afternoon it was at 4.1 million

@Arggh! there goes a...snake a snake!: If I even smell ramen noodles cooking I start getting nauseous because of the ramen overload in college. Occasionally I get cravings but as soon as the noodles start cooking I have to toss it out, I just start feeling like I'm going to vomit. It actually saddens me a little.

@omicron1: Course, that ludicrous price could be Motorola charging $30 a piece for licensing.
