they’re not really ultiple endings, more like chapters end. To see the true ending (ending E i think?) wrote about here you just have to play the game to the end, the rest are just jokes, easter eggs and stuff like that. you can see pretty much all of the game in one playthrough.

Glad you dig it. This is an easy one to see through to the true ending, though! I recommend it.

It’s not as daunting as you think. I reached Ending A in 10 hours with some sidequests thrown in, then Ending B just six hours later even with some sidequests thrown in. After that, the game changes significantly so you’re no longer repeating things, so there’s “multiple” endings but not necessarily alternate, if

I finally started playing this a few weeks ago, just approaching the second ending now and the metanarrative is starting to reveal itself in fun and curious ways. I was genuinely rapt during the repeat of my least favorite boss fight from the first session as it was intercut this time with memories of the robot

He looks ok in his profile picture at least:

they’ll have their money and their good looks, but the respect of virtually no one.

Looking at that picture, I tried to imagine them having sex and all I could come up with was this...

Oh no, I haven’t studied! And I’m in my underwear!

The worst thing about this administration is that it’s still considered controversial or debatable to point out cut-and-dried racism. I mean, some of what Arpaio has done is lifted straight from the Jim Crow playbook. I just want to shake some people and ask how they can’t see this stuff is wrong, just from the point

Yeah, the drive to Peach’s castle was a really fun secret. It’s used for the ending ceremony, so I wonder if that might be why you can drive on it...

I remember Dishonored getting some guff because the ‘low chaos’/’non lethal’/’good’ assassinations were actually super cruel. I never understood that criticism. It’s not doing a Paragon-Renegade thing, or a Light Side-Dark Side thing. Its high or low chaos. It’s a dark fantasy revenge story set in a plague ridden

I was hoping that Ignatiy would embed the bit of the Lee screen test he described (I first saw it in a documentary from the ‘90s), but it’s easy enough to find. And yeah, that’s some scary-ass speed.

Hey Gameologerinos! I’m still trying to figure out the nightmare of a commenting system that is Kinja, but I thought I’d take the time to remind you that our book club for video games, the Revue Club, has survived the A.V. Club’s Kinjafication. This time, we’re discussing tactical third-person shooter Binary Domain: ht

I’m finally at the last level of Dishonored 2 which has taken a while because I’m exploring every corner doing a ghost/no-kill run. There are many things I am fond of, but getting to the end of the Duke’s palace and realizing that I could have finished it in 3 minutes using shortcuts was delightful.

My weekend will definitely include at least two of the three games on my docket at present: Splatoon 2, NieR: Automata, and Not A Hero.

That’s a really cool shot, and it’s very Muybridge indeed.

Prey infused me with so much love for Arkane that I kinda want to try Dishonored again ... but I hate stealthing so much, and I hate being guilted for not-stealthing.

I’ve been meaning to get into Dishonored 2 for ages. Some of the imagery from screenshots I’ve seen is incredible. That’s one of the pros of Kinja on this thread specifically - game screenshots.

Hey everyone. Good to see some familiar faces. I moved to California to become a junior software engineer at a game company that makes video game pinball machines. They’re known for Pinball Arcade. It’s been pretty great so far at work. I’m working on adding the dlc to the PS4.

My RSS feeds are all up to date. If there’s one positive that’s come out of the Kinjaing, it’s that this feature shows up in my feeds again. Now let’s see if the markup works well.

We’ve had fun and adventure this week, but now it’s time to settle in for the weekend. Sadly our washing machine died and did this:
