Yep. I will say though if force touch is as good as everyone says it is on MacBooks and it can be implemented on an iPhone, then maybe... MAYBE the home button could go away then. Accidental grazes would not cause the home button to be hit- it would have to be purposely hit as hard as touching a button.

Yeah, force touch would probably solve this issue as it is just an accidental tap of the home button when hitting the space bar that caused this.

Correct, but when you leave the email screen, the email is moved from compose to drafts, and so it won’t work when switching back. They could of changed that in a later version of Android, of course.

I tried two. The galaxy nexus and droid 4. It could just be the personal way I type. I'm sure we all hold the phone slightly different (cue the Steve jobs jokes?).

If this is true, they need to implement this better than Android... The biggest issue I had with android phones was when writing an email and text, if I accidentally pressed too low when trying to hit the space bar, I would end up back on the home screen and then would have the find the email in drafts.

Always have a travel router if you travel a lot. It converts the Ethernet connection to a wifi hotspot. This means you get way faster internet speeds, don’t need to pay for hotel wifi (wired ethernet is sometimes free), plus no worries about the captive portal login issue on the fire TV stick because Ethernet usually

Please have an article on the opposite of this... Places with insanely awful return policies.

Meanwhile my wife is a teacher in the new York city board of ed, and when we adopted our son, they refused to give any paid leave- all unpaid- because she physically didn’t give birth herself.

This reminds me so much of Shea Stadiums old wild card champion banners. Not just did they lose in the playoffs, but they didn't even win the division! Why celebrate it? That is so the equivalent of a participation trophy

Forget orcas, when I think of Astoria, Oregon, I will think of one thing...

Yeah, these are my seats at Yankee Stadium for a few games a year... I think I am bringing my glove for now on.

That’s crazy... Metro North passes that building before it goes in the park Avenue tunnel on 91st (or so)... So that building is close to 120 blocks away. Heck of a reference point for me

I’m pretty sure this (at least) doubles the battery life- the watch will continuously charge from the strap until the strap dies and only at that point would the watch’s internal battery be used.

Forget joe buck... Kruk on ESPN... Sooooo baddddd

I have to say, I am in IT and somehow ended up with one of the better views in the building...

Guess the Orioles owner figured out the Nationals Park ribbon board password.

Okay, now what about Metro North and LIRR (also MTA run) that is late SO OFTEN that they consider trains that are 6 minutes late on time?

How about a barber? I understand a hairstylist at a salon getting a large tip because women’s hair styles take a decent effort. Me? I get a buzz cut and cleaned up around the edges. Giving a $5 tip on a $15 really simple haircut seems insane yet I see people doing it and I feel cheap as anything giving $2 or $3

I actually find my manager is MORE in the loop when working remotely. When he is in the office, he is always in meetings and I can never find him to update him on things... So I send him an email that he will not get to check until after work.

Um, he does know if a runner touches a ball in play, it is interference and he is out...
