Well an Otter WAS attracted to an Otterbox. That’s living up to the name.

The worst thing about this- you can never flip anyone off- no middle finger.

Well the Islanders name did stick for the hockey team ten years later. I wonder if this voting was used for that- Mets was taken, Empires wouldn’t make sense playing on Long Island, and so the Islanders fit.

The oatmeal, right?

Yeah, I agree and facing that now. I have a pebble and I am not wearing it right now. Why? The battery died because I forgot to charge it. I never have that problem with my phone which needs to be charged nightly.

Actually they could theoretically call batter interference for being in the way of the throw and the runner is automatically out. That's why the catcher ran off the field. He thinks there's interference and the inning is over.

please tell me this isn’t in the northern part of Japan where it can ice up...

But they’d rather play their “home games” versus Tampa in tropicana? No one wants to play on turf, and at least Nationals Park would have Oriole fans there, not Rays.

I still don’t get why these games couldn’t be played at nationals park- the Nats aren’t home and DC is close enough to Baltimore where most oriole fans can still make the game.

...which is still insane

Japan makes cube shaped watermelons and then sells em for like $300. No idea why anyone would buy that.

Baseball has got to be the most dangerous sport from a fan’s perspective. I have these seats at Yankee Stadium for a few games a year... And I’ll admit it- I make sure I pay attention to every single pitch because I do not want to die from a foul ball.

I don't know- I kind of like Skyline Chili. And Graeters Ice Cream is the shit

there was a pretty funny moment where the fans around the stadium put on the flashlight on their cellphones. The entire stadium lit up

Seriously, why isn’t there a live blog of this shit? Use whatever gizmodo does for those apple events.

I hear earthquakes kind of suck there...

the thing that sucks with this is grants and everything doesn't take this into consideration.

I've contacted pebble support. Apparently it is related to the number of bluetooth connections you have in iOS. the iPhone juggles what connections are active and the pebble has issues reconnecting.

The irony... buying a crazy advanced 5k iMac or Mac Pro and paying for it with... a carbon copy credit card machine. Kind of curious how they will handle credit cards being declined...

I don't quite get that- the route makes a stop in Cleveland... Might as well do the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. And it passes right by Cedar Point. Love that place.
