That first person perspective camera on the referee is pretty fucking awesome.

That was brutal. He should be arrested.

The problem with Tom Ley's post is that his headline implies that *anyone* who donated money to Wilson is a "terrible" person - not just the commenters he included in the graphic. Your initial assertion that his headline was "unfair" is accurate.
I clicked on the fund page and read through about 100 comments. Saw one racist statement. But rounding up 1% of the comments for a story gets clicks.
bellspalsy27 would never have been so rude. God I miss that guy.
Maybe I should hold myself to a higher standard, guy who named himself after Bells Palsy.
"Changes pretty much nothing about his HOF credentials"?
Surely that's a double and then an error on the throw, no?
yes, Person with Fresh Burner. He did. It's much, much harder to beat a keeper on his line from a volley with your weak foot in traffic than it is to loop a free header over a keeper in no man's land. Van Persie's goal is really special because it's genius, and until today, it was the best goal of the tournament. But…
He's a right footer... Think about that.
But we know for a fact that Escobar didn't cross any kind of reasonable line. A 5 run lead is sizable, but far from insurmountable. That's why I'll still take Escobar's side here.
Do us all a favor and don't ever watch or comment on sports again
It depends on what is said. Clearly he thought they crossed a line. And considering he did nothing to warrant any barking from the dugout I'm willing to take his side. Face it, the Red Sox are sore losers.
Or the idiots in the dugout should just keep their traps shut.
not to mention 2 outs. Funny to think the Red Sox KNOW they can't score 5 runs in 2 innings. Wussies.
Yeah, the nine-game losing streak likely has the Red Sox already irritated, but it wasn't that large of a lead.
No question, this doesn't fall into the "don't steal in a 12-1 game in the 8th" category. This is a case of a team being frustrated/bitter that they haven't won a game in 2 weeks.
I get that sometimes when you build a big lead you call off the dogs, but this is only a 5 run lead in the 7th. Nothing wrong with this at all, even in the unwritten rules.
