I don't know that it's fair to say Nico's talent has fallen off. He was 42 thousands off Lewis in China qualifying. I wouldn't bet against him to take a pole or two this season.

It seems like Lewis is being held to a standard here to which other drivers rarely, if ever, are held. That he drove a race strategy oriented toward his own success rather than the team's is absolutely par for the course for any championship-contending driver.
