There is no way the Indy 500, which draws US viewership in the single digit millions, is viewed by more people than any F1 event.

The NCAA brand has value because college football powerhouses belong to the NCAA, not the other way around.

Truly there has been no greater time in its history than the present.

Nothing you say is totally wrong, but I guess, given the same resources, I would rather use them to try to stop bullies than to teach their victims how to avoid them. I am not so ready to give up the fight.

I suppose my point is that not all people have that attitude. I spent enough years in Goonswarm to realize the the Internet is stupid but not everyone does. And I don't accept that we have to live in a world where just wanting to play a game on the Internet makes it okay to be subject to what is frankly really

I get what you're saying, but I think your perspective is just not right. What sounds more reasonable?

Hey remember when Boeing was based in Seattle and run by Boeing execs, rather than based in Chicago (WTF?) and run by McDonnell Douglas execs?

Stating that something will happen (the Internet is full of trolls, therefore users of the Internet will be trolled) is not equivalent to stating that it is right for that thing to happen (the Internet is full of trolls, therefore it is not wrong for other users of the Internet to be trolled).

This is the most dismissive answer possible.

It's definitely a personal thing. How many modern car enthusiasts would consider ABS a dealbreaker? And for all the nostalgia for hydraulic racks, it's as if there was never a time when unassisted steering was commonplace.

That's what I was thinking when I saw the headline. Some Sport modes are pointless (they make the car worse). The ones that make the car better should be renamed Normal mode and the modes that are softer should be collectively renamed Bad mode.

BatteryTender is technically a dentist

I hope some genius doesn't decide to paint them white

This sucks and nobody will win

I didn't see a GPS unit in the car but speedos are not always very accurate, especially at very high speeds. If there was a GPS reading, I would consider that more definitive. It's one possible explanation.

I figure going out in a massive shunt is the racing car version of a Viking burial

I came here to say I've never seen so many words written about how hopeless a team is when they're still in the playoffs.

Japan sure as hell tried
