Professional photographer here... Broad daylight, the shutter speed of the camera is going to be very high (above 1/1000th of a second) but still shooting at 30 FPS most likely. If it just happened to snap a frame during one of those 30ths of a second (which it seems to have) it would be relatively clear (like it is).…
