I have no problems with Canadians making cars, however I have a problem with a company being called American when none of the cars are even American built or with American parts. Meanwhile a Honda is a foreign car company with more cars being built in American and more American parts than the big “American 3"

How much of this “American” auto branded car is actual American built and how much of it is using American made parts?

Hey, allow people with businesses that actually use these vehicles for the intended purpose to be free of those fines with supporting proof.

Only talking about the excessively large SUV’s/Pickup Trucks. Europe doesn’t seem to need them and has being doing fine with small SUV’s. Majority of people suck at driving pickup trucks as well and only need them for an ego boost.
You want the big SUV then pay a higher fine rather than the automaker.

Regardless, Too many Americans are driving around too big of trucks that are completely unnecessary for the average person. Most pickup trucks aren’t even used for the use they are intended for. Instead of fining the company, fine the person who buys a truck for consumption of too much gas.
