Those scents are crazy expensive.

Nuclear and hydrogen is the best case scenario for unlimited energy.

Condensation isn’t an issue if there’s no one living in it. That one is the only risk other than plumbing.

Still more nothing *yawn*

As expected, you have nothing.

O wise one, please bestow all of your financial knowledge upon us...

We’d all be better off if that happened.

No, that’s exactly what it is.

It’s mind-blowing how people can borrow money and think they shouldn’t have to pay it back. Other than medical debt, which you have no control over, you decided to borrow to money and you agreed to the terms. You are responsible to pay it back.

$15972 to fix a broken charger? yikes!

Geothermal heat pumps make a lot of sense, but only when there are state and federal subsidies. Otherwise, you’re looking at a $50k bill. I had a company quote $38k about 9 years ago. That included all ductwork for a new build. All of the federal/state credits brought that down to $18k to be comparable with a standard

And then look at the resistive heat cost if you get a cold snap keeping the temperature under 0ºF for a couple weeks.

The problem is that efficiency and cost are two different things.  Electricity costs a lot more than natural gas.  Despite the inefficiencies, gas will still be much cheaper, with a lower initial cost.  The ROI still isn’t there.

there is no longer semen in your ejaculate”

If you compare it to a gas dryer, the savings are below $40 per year, making it a 30+ year ROI.

Handy. Thanks!

Weird.... not one gas range or dryer is on sale.

DIY on your home is the true lifehack.  I could never afford all the stuff that I do to my home if I had to hire it all out.  I think the main thing is to know your limitations and knowing how to handle when things don’t work out as expected.

Lies.
