Absolutely.  Wait until people find out the cost of heat pumps and how you need multiple of them to heat a house due to 66% drops in capacity as the outside temperature drops to 5º.  Resistive heat can be used, but that would add about $4000 to annual billing for a 2500 square foot house in upstate NY.

You never heard of what’s used to heat a house? A furnace. And what powers a furnace? Electricity. What’s not available during a power outage? Anything Electric.
