I like to think that season 4 isn't bad so much as some sort of meta commentary on great shows that have went on too long and become bad. The show is being intentionally written as one of those shows that has went on too long and run out of ideas.

there was soooo much I liked about both episodes. In fact the one complaint I had about the first episode (no moment between Andy and Ben who last season became pretty close) was made up for in spades with that hug and the job offer which pairs them together in the second. I can't wait to see more Andy/Ben stuff.
