@MacAttack: I really think it must vary from phone to phone. My Iphone 4 will drop a call very quickly if my finger comes in contact with the antenna(I've learned for the most part to hold it so that doesn't happen).

@Sir (Starman), Leader of the Pineapple Platoon (and I don't even like pineapples): all I want is my phone to work as advertised: without a case. If it takes a lawsuit for that to occur than so be it.
