Attorney here. The short answer is basically no. In the U.S., most jobs are considered “at will” employment; i.e. you can be hired/fired for any reason, so long as it’s not discriminatory/illegal/etc. Wrongful termination, as a cause of action, generally has to follow another cause of action, such as discrimination.
Because Alison Rapp supported the legalization and decriminalization of CP possession, and Jamie Walton fights the ever living shit out of that type of thing, maybe?
