Why does a child have to eat in a retail store? It’s rude and shows a complete lack of self control. Feed your child (or yourself) at home. I wouldn’t chew someone out for it, but it’s gross. I think it’s a reasonable expectation to not have a kid smearing peanut butter and jelly all over items in a Target.
