Actually I doubt a bucket full of gold weighs 90 lbs. A bucket that size FULL of gold probably weighs more like 300 pounds.

There is NO WAY that bucket weighs 86 pounds. It looks like it weighs about 20 pounds. Just go try to lift something that weighs 86 pounds and try to walk more than 20 feet with it.

When I do an interim season, I typically do max stove temp (electric) with the oil on and let it smoke up good then turn it down or off and let the hot burner and pan cool slowly. OH that’s what they say at the end. I was still watching as I typed.

I’ve been wanting to do this. My big 12 inch pan is a newer Lodge with the texture and my 10 inch is some no-name inherited from Grandma and I really love the smoothness.
