Poor people don’t pay income taxes. The “rich” at the very least are subject to AMT.

I don’t know...Southern California, and Northern Cal, seems pretty awesome back in the 50’s. WWII was over. It was still affordable and life wasn’t so rushed. It would be worth considering.
