I like the idea. You could talk to someone you see in commute every day because you like their music. It seems like the 3DS is based around meeting new people, which I like.

@Angryrider: The difference is that it's pre-installed. And that it's based on people you actually pass by.
My point is that I didn't want to watch it because I couldn't stand watching it. That's all I was saying.
As I said before, changing notes doesn't make it singing. It has to do with how you use your breath.
Is it bad that I kind of want to try Farmville...?
You can sing one note over and over and you can talk one note over and over. There's musical notation for both.
But a parody, before it even considers being funny, should be engaging to the audience. The reason why people still watch TV at all is that production values are higher, even with shows that share internet humor like The Colbert Report. It parodies everything, but it's always well-made.
I trust:
You're exaggerating. Friday is terrible, but it has production values and she is a terrible singer, but the singer in the parody isn't even trying. Even without auto-tune, she'd be sing-singing while he's talk-singing.
Does talk-singing bother anyone else? It just sounds unprofessional. I mean, I know it is, but I might've watched at least half of the video if he was actually singing.
You're right, but I'm not really impressed with EyePet AR. I mean, Nintendo's AR isn't amazing either, but shooting a dragon at the end of that archery game was pretty cool.
@Platypus Man: We think alike. I pretty much elaborated on that above your comment.
I think that it would be more convenient to just have a portal room that connects to everywhere else, possibly a series of rooms that go from specific to general, then back.
Yeah, the 3DS is getting less and less exciting the closer it comes to launch. I'll probably keep the 3D slider down completely. I did not like my experience at the Grand Central demo booth...
I don't know about you guys, but I love everything that Kristen Schaal does (though I'm kind of on the fence about her Daily Show segments).
@Tremolo-mayan: You realize that that's still Altered Reality, right?
Thank God. I've been blindly buying apps that were recommended by individual top 10 lists. I need something better organized to find apps. This should do nicely.
That argument doesn't work because it's region-locked.
At the demo booth in Grand Central, it kept saying that my male friend had a "young female face". We didn't let that one go for the rest of the night.
What's with achievement hate? It's the hamburger helper of video games. It extends them, it doesn't cheapen them.
