I was being sarcastic.
I was being sarcastic.
Oh God. That was worse than Life in a Game.
Oh no! The game almost wasn't happened!
I hear that Guinness has a new frothcoming drink.
...and you could drag balls around, and there were people who danced for you...Man, you should've been there.
It should say that Super Scribblenauts already came out. #corrections
The problem I have with this is that Ratchet basically looks like a combination of Jak and Daxter. The characters should be more varied.
I'm still holding onto my Club Nintendo points for something USEFUL.
Honestly, I'm only excited for this game because I want to see Yahtzee review it a second time.
You think so? I mean, it has some similarities, but it's not like an animated Arrested Development.
I forgot about that! Gotta go get it...
I just watched all of Archer. Honestly, aside from the Venture Bros., it's the best animated series I've ever seen. Including anime.
No?
I've played Master Hand and Crazy Hand enough, but each time I do it, it's a different fight. Cliches are definitely evident in today's games, but they're certainly not identical challenges.
Actually, the comedic timing can be ruined by a reader too. Have you ever been to a book reading? The author himself can get his timing wrong. Comedic timing in reading relies on the reader having a generally consistent pace.
It's a limitation, not a format that's impossible to work with. There's less potential for comedy, but if you strike the right chord, it'll still be funny.
Remind anyone else of Speed?
You know what makes games inherently unfunny? Comedic timing. If the player is in control of how long something takes, there's very little room for a joke a to work right. All that's left is cutscenes, but even the time between cutscenes may kill a mood. If you make a comedy, you have to treat it like a song: all…
She is actually in the game, my lord.
The...The Prinny is a character from Disgaea...How could you miss the CHARACTER ITSELF?
