Art is something that a large group of people label as art. Now, there's no measure of how many people, but I believe that we are way past the minimum of people needed to define games as art.

You see, in video games, there are fans in all of the seats. MLB 2K10 obviously does not take the recession into account.

@m0re: Spacial reasons. Organizational reasons. Monetary reasons.

I just decimated my game collection. I think I got rid of a fifth to a quarter of it. I'm cutting down on my games both in use and storage. Anybody else do something like this?

@Blyr: Except for the unfun part. It is unfun. Because you lose half an hour of your life every time you mess up.

The problem I have with dubs is the fact that the original voice actors always do the best performance. The rest are just emulating that performance and can only do worse.

No, Miyamoto will be working LONG after he's dead.

What really ticks me off is the fact that 50% of an actor's job is research. In the movie, "Interior Design", one of the characters (a minor one at that) learned to play banjo well enough to look well-trained for a minute-long song. He spent weeks and weeks practicing.

@MxPxRobbie: If it weren't for the dungeons, I would agree with you.

@potches: Although I admit that Sonic 3D Blast was crap, the Dreamcast Sonic games held their own against their 2D counterparts.

@Finalw0rd: Oh GOD that would suck. Hopefully, they'll be using head-tracking instead. It would make everyone happier, anyway.

Netflix only sends discs anyway. They wouldn't have anything from before 1996 (when the DVD video format was made) anyway. They only send re-releases of older movies, not the original releases. And if you compare that to the video game equivalent, they wouldn't re-release a game unless they knew it was going to be

@Orionsaint: I tried understanding why you'd think that and I failed.

Maybe it's because they SHOT all their DVD boxes.

Only if it's covert. If it's like an Axe t-shirt for Snake, I find it hilarious.

Now playing

Cable TV by Fol Chen is freakin' incredible. I am in love with this band.

@xenos4815: I believe that it's often like that, but also that these particular arcade machines do not do that because of the success stories I've been hearing.
