I have seen a few like that and they are usually worth zero gamerscore so it adds insult to the injury.

From what I have read, Nightmare in North Point, Zodiac Tournament, and Year of the Snake are good. I just bought all which included more than just one mission and cosmetic stuff.

The DLC is 75% off also, unlike the last Sleeping Dogs sale so hop on that!!! Like another user said, some are just "booster" DLC which give you game unlocks quicker.

No, that was definitely a Persona game. The story mode was basically a visual novel which vastly expanded the P3/P4 storyline and laid the groundwork for any new games that feature those characters.

They still do them, you only really see them in guidebooks or the official website. The one I linked is for X & Y.
