My favorite part of this is the whole “I’m totally over him” statement while he carries around crisp 8x10 photographs of them together.

Considering that some of the best writing in the anime have been scenes not written by Kishimoto (I’m thinking of the scene where Shikaku tells Shikamaru to cry it out to get his focus back after Asuma’s death. One of my favorite scenes ever) I wouldn’t have a problem with seeing Naruto/Bolt continue in some way…

As long as the main characters aren’t completely insufferable like Naruto and Sasuke and that the inevitable anime doesn’t randomly dump in terrible filler all throughout the series.

So... Can I assume one of the reasons behind Naruto becoming a shitty clusterfuck, with one of the most disappointing and incomplete endings in recent times, is that he was already thinking about what to do next before finishing it?
