What do you call a bunch of Alfa Romeos that haven’t moved for years?

I feel this article is lacking a bit of detail about this thing. I’d love to know specific powertrain modifications and more importantly the suspension differences that we can see a sneak peak of in a few of those pictures.
Part of me admires the brutality of it, the raw unedited and unrefined brutalism of it speaks to me.
However, the other part of me has eyes.
I hate misinformed comments like this. The last time that BMW offered their engines to JLR, we got BMW M62 powered L322 Range Rovers, which are the least reliable of the L322s. I’ve seen people turn these trucks down for free. The Jaguar AJV8 series of motors (Which is actually what the FType has now - just a 5.0…
I once had 2.38 tons of gravel in the bed of my ‘11 F-150 long bed w/ payload package. Yes, I had almost 4800 pounds in the bed of a truck rated for 1800 lol It was a 3 mile drive from the supply yard to my house. Was I riding on the bump stops? Maybe. Would I do it again? No. But the truck survived.
This. There is nothing wrong with owning fire arms- some people hunt, some people go to the shooting range, and some people just collect. The NRA and the US could have doubled down and been promoted fire-arm education, testing, background checks, mental health checks, etc.
This. I was raised with guns, and I attended NRA sponsored events as a child that centered around firearms safety. At 18 I was a “card-carrying member.” In 2008 I revoked my membership and seeing the radicalization begin, and I’ve been a vocal opponent of the NRA ever since.
It’s a shame most people are too…
It’s extremely frustrating how if anyone takes any stance on firearms other than completely unfettered access to every firearm ever conceived, you are “ANTI-GUN.”
Every 2020 C8 was sold to customers, no dealers will have one of these on the lot for sale! If an order falls through there are 1000s waiting to take it. So depends on how many people order the 2020 at the 60k price point.
Still a good deal at $80k though.
Just a reminder, neither tearing up fields nor destroying logging trails after it rains are mudding. Those activities are just you being a dick.
I’ve had BMW for years, switched to Jaguar two years ago (740iL to XJR) and I regret not having done it sooner. The BMWs were the most unreliable cars I’ve ever had, with running costs rivalled only by an ageing ocean liner.
The Jag has been brilliant. Just shy of 80'000 miles, it hasn’t needed a thing aside from…
I got a fractured hand out of an airbag deployment in a minor accident where the airbag shouldn’t have even gone off, my left hand got blown against the A pillar. Not fun.
In hindsight it’s pretty clear that Trump’s 2015 “I like people who don’t get caught” comment about McCain was a watershed moment for the GOP. Until that point, Trump had of course said a lot of horrible and stupid things, but he hadn’t really attacked and disgraced anything that the GOP held as absolute sacrosanct.
Right car brand....wrong model. Should have used a FORESTER.
Any chance this is the long-rumored Hybrid Mustang? Too soon? It would make some sense if it’s a mild hybrid and they can fit most of the extra electrics/battery in the back and package a motor into the driveline somewhere (motor-in gearbox?)
Everyone forgets about the 2V. There are junkyards full of them just ripe for the picking. Thrown in some forged rods and you’re good to go for 700hp.
Gen 2 (2015-2017) Ford Coyote 5.0L will become a fairly sought-after engine. It’s very tough, loves to breathe and is reliable to 800 hp on stock internals. There are very few things needed to go into 4 digits safely.
This is Gawker Media in a nutshell:
Oh yay, it's today's mandatory article about men being assholes in every form of media and women being victims in everything.
