well, they did modify the car from what the owner requested which resulted in a higher speed at time of crash. I suspect that if that corner could be taken at 85 but not 112 the % assigned to Tesla would be much higher. Since it couldn’t be proven it mattered they gave it a token amount of blame.

speaking as a former GT350 owner, I kinda agree. It likely will make rated power on good 93 octane, but real world its going to hate almost anything you pump.

I’ve seen a STi that recieved a money shift.  over 10K rpm on the data log. Good news is the EJ257's short stroke means its not that much extra stress. Bad news is the shit oiling system means its hardly a safe rpm even if it survives it once. 

yes. The GT350 way different than older mustangs. Not all of that is good for the daily driver, but on track its pretty solid out of the box.
