The remedy for a Brady violation should be jail time for the prosecutor. I’m not joking. You withhold exculpatory evidence, you do a week in the lock-up. Boom, no more Brady violations.

You should have one of those voice mail messages where you say “Hello” and it sounds like you’re on the other end. Then about 10-15 seconds in say they need to speak up because you have a bad connection and then do it again after 10 seconds and, after another 20 seconds by which point they should be screaming…

You should let Sean Hannity know. I understand he’s really concerned about lowered standards of civility. Some of those calls sounded less than civil. Although it’s tough, because angry conservatives tend to get grandfathered in.

Not resorting to violence when you have the ability takes more courage than beating the crap out of a smaller(literally and figuratively) man.
