Too bad. The gambit system and hidden dungeons etc. Most peopel i know who beat it barely scratched what it offered. This is the one that made me fall in love with FF series.

i learned to speed read before my caption obsession. I read more than i listen a lot of times, and of course a subbed anime obsession fueled this habit as well. The worst part is when the captions are out of sync. i cant watch shows that are that way.

i just mimic their speech patterns and colloquialisms to make them happy since 99% of people dont want to listen to what you have to say. They just like to hear themselves speak, and i oblige them by proxy. No reason for pearls before swine.

Or you can take my route, in which you discover no one will listen to the things you have to say, even if its that they are missing their exit etc and instead spout useless mimicry of the people you are around and keep your intelligence to yourself until you have let people know you are smart. perspective can be taught very easily using a few techniques, a good teacher could help you get past that. also try drawing things upside down to focus more on the shapes and perspective may happen on its own in some cases :)
