The government does not deny Apple its right to be heard, and expects these issues to be fully briefed before the Court; however, the urgency of this investigation requires this motion

It happened to me once, maybe 20 years ago. As I recall they just ran out of coach seats on a very popular flight. For some reason I got lucky, and the gate agent gave me a free upgrade to first class. To this day I’m not sure why I was chosen. I wasn’t on a frequent flyer program at the time, I wasn’t signalling

Don't forget Lena Dunham on the bongo drums (so bohemian and authentic!)

That’s really the key thing he’s missing. Graduating from a private college without debt is by itself potentially worth hundreds of thousands of dollars over a lifetime. If that’s all his father ever did for him he’d be extremely privileged by the standards of this country, but of course that isn’t all he got.

It’s like Christmastime for the Jews, but for everyone!

Yeah, that's an "Idiocracy" kind of thing right there.

He and Michael Brown should form a consultancy. DBA name "Heckuva Job."

Disaster capitalism comes to America, with the “cure” from for-profit companies costing a whole lot per pound. Fun fact: Snyder’s chief of staff’s wife is a spokesperson for Nestle, Michigan's biggest private water operator.

He’s apparently one of the inspirations for Mayor (later Governor) Tommy Carcetti on “The Wire.”

The comic book villain isn’t really evil, either. Like Trump he’s more of a buffoon. He only gets to the point of evil when he sneakily shoots Daredevil. The closest Trump came to that was the other day when he encouraged his a supporters to commit physical assault on protesters as if they were Brownshirts

A little tiny bit of brutality, in the grand scheme of things really is not that big of a deal, but you guys will appreciate it because you’re from Iowa!

I suspect he also left millions to charities, but anonymously. Seems like the kind of guy who understands the concept of gratitude.

The son is in his 40s. In phased-payout trusts (which this probably is) that’s usually the time the remainder of the inheritance is handed over and that part of the trust is closed out. It has nothing to do with gender and everything to do with being a responsible parent or grandparent.

I should add that I have no objection to ridiculously obvious fortune-seeking bounders, stern trustee aunts, and laconic but wise servants being introduced into Alexandria's life by her inheritance.

It’s standard practice to do it that way with large trusts. As my lawyer says, you never know what will happen to a person between age 18 (when a minor inherits it's a different legal situation) and 25.

I can buy his being married for a long time. I know weak-willed guys who've spent decades married to nightmares who scream at them if they so much as look at another woman. What I can't believe is that he's happily married.

A shame, but all too common. If (as is likely) he can’t come to arrangement with her on getting his sexual/romantic needs fulfilled outside the marriage, you have to tell him to find someone else to confide in going forward. He's already involved you in his deception and put your relationship with her at risk, so

I can see it now: "It's about ethics on Instagram."

Oh, but according to him he's "happily married." How could this be?

If that’s your take, shouldn’t the logical response of these guys be to set up their own Instagram accounts and sharing their dick pics or semi-nudes (under their real names) for all the world to see instead of targeting Sears?
