It really should be a priority to find talent who's voice sounds similar to the original speaker. Doesn't have to be perfect... just similar. (Subtle accents, to paint an audible picture but still be intelligible are even better.)

My understanding is that it's not classified as being in active service. It is commissioned, and it's crew are active duty, but the vessel is not.

The USCG Eagle, while not as old as the better known USS Constitution, is not only still a commissioned vessel, but is still in service as an active duty sailing platform for the purpose of training USCG Academy cadets.

Yeah, in the United States at least, ambulances are staffed by two EMT/Paramedics who take turns caring for patients so the don't get burned out during a shift.
