All of your devices are capable of utilizing Skydrive as there are apps available for all of them, and there has been for quite some time. It's the new features mentioned in this article specifically that you may not be able to take advantage of.

I love Skydrive. I've been a user of it forever and have never really been a fan of Dropbox. Skydrive is WAAAYYY cheaper for additional storage and I can remotely access other devices that are signed in. I love that. and the Office Web apps are awesome.
