Baby Got Back

Let me say first that I like the platform. I think this could be a fun CUV with the right powerplant and price point.

Or pop the plastic cover off of the rear emergency door release, reach down awkwardly and grip it for dear life.

most Teslas come with manual release levers.” That’s a scary thought. How is it that carmakers need to have glow-in-the-dark emergency release handles for trunks, but not something similarly for electrically controlled door handles?

My 992 has electronic door handles. If the power fails, guess how you open them? The same way you open them when the power is on. Same lever. It just uses the mechanical latch when there isn’t power. If Teslas were well-designed they would work the same way, but Teslas are low-end garbage.

If buying a NEW vehicle, then unless the manufacturer is throwing thousands down on the hood in incentives I am just going to order what I want.

Teslas are deathtraps and everyone buying one is signing their own death certificate and funding fascism.

Do  you think that auto buying programs such as the one offered at Costco would be recommended for mom and dad when they decide on buying a new vehicle?

Let me also suggest contacting multiple dealerships ahead of time to get quotes. Then you can play the dealerships against each other.

Almost impossible to document his full collection (unless he does a video himself) Most vids on the internet are of cars he no longer owns or old lists.

My man is right. All of the new hypercars are essentially the same. The Artura and 296GTB... same car. The F80 and W1... same car. Revuelto and Aventador... same car. There is no soul or uniqueness to these new cars. Perhaps that is why the depreciation of so terrible on a lot of these newer car ala SF90. To answer

Currently have a ‘24 Carbon Turbo 3 hatchback and let me tell you, the front interior and ride were what sold me. It seems miles ahead of other offerings from base brands. The biggest qualm I have is the transmission. I get that a manual isn’t a high demand option, but using the same 6 speed auto from their SUVs feels

So if I go and buy a sedan to encourage Mazda to build me a sedan, why would I want to buy their sedan? Because, after all, they forced me to buy a sedan from somebody else.

If they would sell the wagon version of the 6 in the US, I’d buy it. If they brought the MT version too I’d be one of the first in line.

Seeing a lot on here about which rides are plastered in the most stickers and flags and whatnot, which is understandable. But let’s remember that by the numbers, the most MAGA thing of all is to be too much of a coward to wear politics right on the sleeve and pretend you’re a decent person while fucking over everyone

Around here, it’s mostly pickup trucks, especially Rams.  Something about Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram drivers that makes them especially obnoxious/aggressive.

There’s a guy in my neighborhood with a silver Frontier that was driving around for the past 3-4 months with the bed FILLED with flags, signs, and Trump dummies (which is redundant, I know).

Fuck tRump and his idiot deplorables.

Car? Any Challenger/Charger.
