They also have this sweet music video. My parents looked to winter down there on their boat but most of the marinas you have to live in Dunedin to have a slip. Looked at a few when I was living in Tampa and had my dad down.
The best non-retirement, golf-cart friendly community in Florida is, hands-down, Dunedin, FL. Golf-cart friendly, waterfront, more breweries than probably any other town of its size.
