While touch screen navigations can be finicky, hopping inside a 2011 car with a touch screen that you need to shove on with your finger makes you appreciate anything.

Best advice we ever followed is buy a house you can afford on one income, at most 1.25. Yes its small and a detached garage, but if we even went up to 1.75, a 6 month unemployemnt stint could have either of us liquidating assets, selling cars, refinancing.
