Maybe the hate she received back from people made her shut down. Maybe she can’t mentally take anymore, and decided not to go any further. It’s happened to women for years. It happened to me at work once. I learned to never speak of it again to protect myself.

I agree. I used to be a little more neutral because in general I tend to be a “innocent until proven guilty” person, but based on what I’ve seen, yeah, there doesn’t seem to be (in general) a whole lot of advantage in making this sort of shit up.

And it’s been proven over and over (look no further than this) women who come forward to accuse powerful men of sexual abuse are subjeted to an immense amount of online and real life harassment. No one comes forward unless it really happened. It takes incredible courage to subject yourself to this and it isn’t done…

Ultimately it’s her choice, and I respect that. Hardwick should be kissing her feet and begging forgiveness considering he got his job back, despite being an abusive asshole. These MRA fuckers and his die hard man baby fans will see this as vindication. Hopefully, fewer and fewer people will give him work based on…

Judging by how his wife and her mother are attacking any and everyone on Twitter who is remotely critical of Chris getting his job back, I do not blame Chloe for not participating and opening herself up to more attacks. I also get why AMC wanted to clear him and not deal with a full Hearst legal assault.
