lol 50 degree rated will keep you alive at 50 degrees... (not very hard to do, just go sleep on a towel). Sleeping bags rated at 20 degrees won't keep you warm, they will just keep you alive at 20 degrees so one rated at 50 degrees is pretty much useless.
