Lois McMaster Bujold is my favorite author (excepting maybe my avatar’s creator!) and I am so glad she is first on this list. I saw Kent open for The Cardigans on their “Gran Turismo” tour. A GREAT band, AND they gave away cassingles of their (only?) U.S. single. I’ve been a fan ever since.
