Out of all the points, I think reading about criticism sticks out the most to me. I’ve noticed that I do this when I go research a product. I go see how many positive reviews it has first, then immediately go for the 3/5 or below reviews (after sifting through the “IT DIDN’T WORK 0/10 WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN” posts).

If OPEC is cutting production, that means those same CEOs are getting less product to purchase too and will have to pay more.

It really depends on your server. The one I was on it served mostly as a place to shoot the breeze and geek out.

I really miss the mentor chat though. Even though it supposed to be used to help newbies (and you had to be invited to join it, IIRC), it was basically the server’s general public chat since there were no bots.

I’m only skeptical about autonomous cars because we only hear about the positives and potential successes it will have, not how it will deal with adverse conditions and scenarios, among other legal questions that need answers.

The only thing I hate about Figmas is it’s really awkward to change the faces. It’s like there’s an uncanny valley where there shouldn’t be.

If I have kids some day, I hope to be one who limits the kind of technology they’re exposed just to appreciate these little things.

Is this bike carburated or fuel injected? I know if it’s carburated you can also push start it. But if it’s fuel injected, shouldn’t it still be dead since the fuel system relies more on electric stuff?

It’s all electrict starters, but some motorcycles you can push start it. I almost did it with my GS500, but I tired myself out before I could get it started unfortunately.

I’m equally appalled by the hack of a paint job it has. Did someone really want a matte finish and decided running a power waxer with sandpaper was a good idea?

If there’s one thing I’ve noticed about the GPS, it’s smarter than you. If you see a bunch of traffic ahead and it tells you to remain on the path, do it. I’ve found taking backroads to try and bypass the traffic doesn’t make the trip shorter.

I don’t get perturbed by someone cutting in front of me like it’s a line thing. I adhere to the whole “if two lanes are merging, the car who’s ahead always wins, no matter how far ahead they are” idea. So the idea someone getting in front of me because I think I’m losing my place in some imaginary queue doesn’t bother…

For me, if anything, it’s that I get to pick up on things that I didn’t notice before in the first play through. The first play through is just this giant rush of “HERE’S THE GAME WORLD AND STUFF” and I’m still trying to process what just happened at the end. The next time around, I have some familiarity with it and…

If this is all in the name of “saving people from death and injury”, could we start with the basic approach of getting people to drive less?
