You had me at the headline. Good job, good job.

I don’t know why I was going “Ooh, what’s the dashboard like?” For better or worse, seems like every Mazda’s dash and console now looks the same.

Does this mean Borderlands is the best game ever with a million guns at its disposal, and thus a score of 1,000,000+?

Replace Jalopnik with any remotely popular “news” or “blog” site and it pretty much fits the bill.

Man, these graphics are really nice though.

Nintendo seems to be missing an opportunity here.

There’s something relaxing about it. But at the same time something intense about it. At its basic level you have to teeter on the speed limit because you’re on a tight schedule and so you need to go as fast as you can.

I find remoting in and network based KVMs better for less clutter. If you don’t need “real-time” interaction with the other computer, then these do the job just fine.

Temperatures don’t matter. All cards on their default coolers and settings run up their performance numbers until they hit 80C-90C. The real issue is how high their TDP is, because a higher TDP = the cooler has to work harder for the same temperature.

The RX 460 just came out today, and the verdict looks like it’s making the $100-$120 video card market relevant again (not that Intel has done anything to make it irrelevant since they stupidly put Iris Pros on high end CPUs).

One could argue that developers then, should make certain that a game is perfect when they submit it to disc, which is not an invalid stance.

I’ve found Amanchu to be an okay substitute for Flying Witch, which was a good substitute for ARIA.

I’ve come to think that everything about tending rechargeable batteries that you grew up with are the exact opposite for lithium ion batteries.

For all the bureaucracy the IRS has, wouldn’t they have forms for what exactly you owe to send to you as some measure of proof that you owe them something?

The rules may be, but the actual enforcement? Not so much. As long as you’re not a jerk on the road, they couldn’t care less unless they’re trying to meet quotas.

I’m not too crazy about it being at 50MPH either. I limeted myself to doing it when traffic is 30MPH or below, because really, 40-45MPH is still pretty dang fast.

The problem with power is it’s all going to graphics. CPU requirements in recent times haven’t really increased all that much. Games can probably still run fine on quad core processors from the last half of 2000 (of course, if your definition of “fine” is 60Hz @ 1440 with all the settings cranked...)

I would go on about all of these products contain glucose and some contain high levels of luecine or theronine. Oh, and this thing is loaded with beta carotenes and cyanocobalamin.

But here’s the problem with this comparison in the end...

And that’s the problem with US consumerism. Other people give them a sense of an inflated budget and then they go out and maximize their spendings. If I were, for example, eligible for a $50K car loan, should I go out and buy a $50K out-the-door car? No.
