Long time dev here... sometimes DLC/expansions are things we wanted to put in the game, but were cut because we didn’t have time to polish the feature/level/etc up to the level of quality we wanted for the game. Sometimes it’s entirely new content. Devs don’t really think about cutting something from the game and…

You shouldn’t be alarmed if you get it once every now and then. It’s a pretty common thing to happen, and is only something you should be “concerned” about if it’s happening every time you fly.
