His character is somewhere where he is taking slow damage, or someone is hitting him, and he has it set up to use the healing spell for a while, then stop so that his mana can regen (and he can take more damage), and then repeating.

Or use console commands like a smart person would.

Negligible differences between console versions for sure. Kind of weird they did the 1:00 comparison with a different time of day for the PS3 version... I wonder if its more foggy at dawn or dusk? That's how games tend to do it. Still, no real differences besides all the trees drawn in on PC.
