Agree. I'll go one step further and say what he reacted to was them saying there's no good left in him. He's going back for redemption now, he's going to kill the nazis to save Jesse and protect Brock. Turn himself in, exonerate Skyler and die mysteriously of ricin poisoning.

I like the way the editing tied Jeanette and Annie together on their deals. I can't help but think the reason is to add contrast to what happens next: one will do well and the other will get screwed.
