Your comment raises a question for me - what will this do to all the different car brands out there? Engine performance used to be a pretty big differentiator amongst the brands but if everyone is electric....will that still be the case? Will VW and Audi basically merge into one once you whittle down the differences…

EVs seem to make the most sense in high density urban areas for delivery trucks that have to drive a lot in a condensed area but always go back to base 1-2 times a day and sit overnight for charging. For the life of me, not sure why every Federal mail truck, Fedex and UPS truck ISN’T an EV at this point.
