As has been mentioned before, licensing all the teams and leagues is simple and can be done in 10 minutes. The gameplay and customizability alone make it a significant improvement over FIFA.

I couldn't disagree more. BL2 bored the hell out of me and the gameplay was the worst part of it. Floaty peashooter guns and meh skills, where we BL3 improves on every aspect of gameplay. The movement, shooting and skills are significantly better.
