Wait, wasn’t Seong Mi-na supposed to be 19 years old during the events of the original “Soulcalibur” and this game?

This is for the best, honestly.

Better for Square Enix to move on already rather than dwelling on a game that has obviously run out its course, like they did with FF XIII and its two sequels nobody asked for (even though I enjoyed FF XIII-2. Effing sue me).

One small correction: KOS-MOS is from “Xenosaga” (owned by Namco), not “Xenogears” (owned by Square Enix).

And one thing, people call these games the “Xeno series”, but it’s only out of convenience. They’re not really the same franchise, but three different franchises. Yes, they were lead by the same people, but they

And oddly enough, not one single salty player.”

You were lucky. I had a couple of rage quits during the beta. I even got one recorded and uploaded on YouTube. lol Both times was during finishing a match with a Critical Edge.

The thing is, all Critical Edge moves take roughly the same amount of health, and there is a

THANK YOU!

Seriously, this really pisses me off, and yes, that includes this hacky article.

And it’s not only her being a tough as nails lady. Anyone who really knows the MJ from the comics knows that the phrase “her character’s never really been fleshed out in a way that made her feel like a three-dimensional person.”

Wait, no pictures of Spider-Man on “Attack on Titan” swinging along with the Survery Corp?

Damn it, Internet! You had ONE JOB!

I’d also recommend “Spider-Man: Blue”, but I’d say I have mixed feelings about it.

On one hand, as a throwback to their relationship, it’s pretty well put together and the artwork fits the tone perfectly.

On the other hand, it’s a bit of a retcon, trying to paint Peter and Gwen’s relationship as more idyllic than it

Don’t try to find in-universe logic to “One More Day”. There is none.

The only logic is out-of-universe, which is that Joe Quesada didn’t want Spider-Man to be married because of that “Spidey is boring if he’s married/Younger readers can’t relate to a married Spidey” BS.

True. That’s a problem that affects all comic book characters, Spider-Man himself included.

But even then, even at the times when the writers treated her the most poorly in the original comics (mostly the 90s and the immediate post-OMD era, when they focus on her angst over the possibility of Peter getting himself

Go read ANY Spider-Man story written by Stan Lee, Gerry Conway, Tom DeFalco, JMS (except OMD, of course), or even Dan Slott and then say how Raimi’s was a fair portrayal of the character.

And that without going into the fact that the 90s were a shit show for Spider-Man as a whole.

You could say that was the seed, yes, since indeed, in the “Ultimate Spider-Man” comics MJ decides to become a journalist, but that decision took place shortly before Peter’s death. So Bendis never had the opportunity to explore that route properly, let alone turn MJ into redhead Lois Lane.

The closest thing we get of

I think this game is supposed to be exactly that: an modernized version of 2004's “Spider-Man 2". If they manage to do that, I’m willing to forgive the lack of real Peter Parker material.

I want to see that game.

Heck, I want to MAKE that game! Call me, Marvel! lol

Want to save the love of your life from falling to certain doom? *Thwip Thwip*

Eeeeh... That’s not what happened in the comics.

More like *Thwip SNAP*.

Marvel themselves only turned Mary Jane into Lois Lane in the “Ultimate Spider-Man” cartoon. She’s still herself in the main continuity, plus her super-powered version in “Renew Your Vows”. As to why they’ve done it in this game, because that was the best way the could come up with for keeping her close to the action.

I knew Jason was a hack, but this is a frigging new low.

“Granted, Nintendo believes that the Switch and 3DS can co-exist, not only because the company inexplicably sees the Switch as a “home” console (I haven’t docked mine since the 80s)“

JASON, YOU KNOW (or SHOULD know) THAT THE RATIO OF USE OF THE SWITCH IS ROUGHLY

The hell? 7 years after 3.0?

Are they doing it to capitalize on the Olympics or something?

Except that platform is still selling strongly.

Except you are wrong. The console is still selling strongly.

That’s not an opinion.

Yes, it is still a major platform. They sold more in 2017, the year the Switch came out and took the world by storm, than in 2016, when the 3DS alone kept Nintendo going.
