Weirdly enough, for me it’s the opposite.

While I don’t like Nozawa’s voice for adult Goku, I don’t have much problem with Junko Takeuchi’s voice for adult Naruto. Maybe because Takeuchi’s voice is much more androgynous than Nozawa’s.

It’s always amusing to me how anime fans nowadays congratulate themselves believing that anime is getting “mainstream appeal” because of the success of shows like “Attack on Titan” or “One Punch Man”.

What I heard is that they don’t really pay per hour, but per drawing. The per hour rate is just an estimate based on the output they expect.
